WORK RELATED

Well I'm still there, only now I have less shifts, ergo less cash. The worst thing is that there are 4 anime DVD's I've been waiting for and they're all coming out on the same day! Been showing off my PSP to everybody, most of them don't understand it, but they will soon enough when it comes out. Apart from that I'm still getting called in when I have plans for the day. It's good and bad, I really need to get a 2nd work shirt!

I also went to Sydney last week for a PSP launch party, it was in a night club called The Loft, right on darling harbour. Man some of the Sydney nightlife is cool I need to go there again sometime. The party itself was average. Picture a small club with about 250 people in it and you get the picture, I got to play a few games, one of the best was the new 24 game on PS2, it's just like the TV show, definately getting that one. At one point a waitress walks past with a plate of things that look like small potatos, since I hadn't eaten for a while I grab a few and scarf them. I realised how stupid that was when realised these things tasted like shit, moral? make sure you know what your eating before you cram a mouthful of it.

ANIME RELATED

Finally I've gotten back into Anime. I began watching 2 new series Gantz and Ikki Tousen. Gantz is good, weird subject of dead people being asassins for a giant black ball, that's the gist of it, with plenty of violence and nudity. Ikki Tousen has to have the record for most panty shots, if you can see past the constant fan service it's a pretty intresting story of ancient warriors reincarnated into high school kids. I mentioned before that 4 DVDs are coming out at the same time. Gantz #2, Ikki Tousen #3, Love Hina Again and Evangelion Platinum #6. Great, strapped for cash and 100 bucks worth of anime comes along. I really hope my tax come through at some point.

GAMING RELATED

I beat Killer7 and it confused the shit out of me, but still it's better than some endings you get these days *coughfablecough*. The next day I beat Halo 1, one very awesome finale I must say, now I can move on to Halo 2. I gave Jade Empire a go too, it's not too bad I began playing and I wasn't enjoying it much, then I restarted with another character and for some reason I enjoyed it a lot more, odd that. The next big game I'll be getting hold of is Sonic Gems Collection, god-damn I can't wait to play Sonic Fighters and CD!!!

RADIO RELATED

8 shows and still on air, we've recorded about 10 skits that I'll be putting up here in a swf file very soon. I also made contact with 2 other youth-run shows on the station and got to be a guest on one of them. I'm really enjoying this radio thing!

Wow, that 750 really went to good use to get SA back online, still in read only mode. Those 8 things on the front page have racked up over 1000 views on some. I really hope they get out of read-only mode at some point......... and stay out of it.
